A legal disclaimer
These terms and conditions set out the terms on which your purchase from Le Porteuse (“we” “us” “Seller”) is based. You are the consumer that has made a purchase (“you” “Purchaser”) on this website.
Agreement
The agreement is binding for both parties upon confirmation of your order. The Seller retains the right not to confirm orders, for example due to stock issues or other issues not making it possible to sell the La Porteuse. We will at all times do our best to ensure that this does not happen, so that you can get the enjoyment of the La Porteuse.
Price
The price is the price as listed on the website. This, however, does not include the shipping price of the good (the “La Porteuse”). This will be further specified at the checkout.
Delivery
The La Porteuse will be shipped to your chosen address with the help of our postal partner(s). The delivery shall be made as soon as possible and in line with the then current postal times for our postal partners. We will always aim to have this be less than 30-days.
Warranty
Should there be a defect, the customer may within reasonable time from finding the defect use its warranty right.
Cooling Off Period
The Cooling off period only applies where the good is in substantially unchanged condition and in the original packaging. The La Porteuse shall not be used and shall be returned in an non-damaged and unopened original packaging.
The risk of the return of the La Porteuse lies with the purchaser and it is, therefore, important that the La Porteuse and its packaging is not damaged upon return. The customer is the owner and carries the risk for the La Porteuse until we have received the return and been able to verify its condition.
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by Norwegian law. In the event that there is a dispute the parties shall amicably resolve the dispute. However, if the parties have been unsuccessful in resolving the dispute, the legal venue shall be the domicile of the Seller.
